• Poster Session: KU and AU students

Submission Guidelines

• Official Language : English

1. Contributed Talk

   • Title and abstract submission: By Friday, August 23

   • Presentation file material submission: By Friday, September 20

2. Poster Session

   • Title and abstract submission: By Friday, August 16

   • Poster file submission: By Friday, September 6

   • Poster file size: A1 size (594mm x 841mm), PDF

   • Poster file format: No specific format required. Please include the event name in the top right corner of the poster.

     • Event name: 2024 Ajou-Kyushu-NIMS Joint Workshop

   • Topics can include pure mathematics, industrial mathematics, applied mathematics, etc.

   • Only one poster presentation per team for the project conducted at 2024 AK-SSAM in July is allowed.
