If you are a current registered member of a JFW Club in Good Standing, you will be able to access hundreds of JFW items, such as Warden manuals, uniforms, t-shirts, beverage containers and water bottles, flint & steels as well as numerous other miscellaneous items! All you need to do is be registered for the Member Access side of the Online Store. Follow these instructions if you haven't signed up already!
You may notice that you are not allowed access to certain items on our store. That is because some items can only be ordered by your Club Rep. Those items that are restricted for Club Rep purchases are: Leader’s Manuals, Program Badges, Epaulettes, Lanyards, Custom Shell Jackets and some free no-charge items that can be added onto a regular order, in limited quantities. Scroll down to see what's available, and contact your Club Rep if you see something that your Club could use.
In order for a Club to purchase these restricted items, your Club Shopping Rep(s) needs to be appointed by your Club Coordinator, and have access granted by the site administrator. Club Leaders: contact AJFWA Admin to register your Club Rep.

1. When can I expect my order? Although there is sometimes an expectation of a very short turnaround of a few days once an online order has been placed, that is just not the case. Our protocol for store orders is as follows: Once an online store order has been received, your Administrator makes a trip from her office to the Online Store storage facility at least once a week, and, during busy times, sometimes twice per week. Orders must be picked and packed; and then shipped out using Canada Post. The aim is always for a turnaround time of a maximum of 2 weeks from order date to receipt of your order. This is our ideal, but shipping times are sometimes affected by inventory availability, the remoteness of the location being shipped to and other factors.
2. What is the 15% Shipping and Handling Fee all about? Since 2015, there has been an automatic 15% charged on the order total, so, whether $1.50 or $150.00, the shipping charge will be 15% of that order’s total and is automatically tacked onto your order. There’s no way around it, order pick up is not an option. The shipping and handling charge is the cost of having your Administrator drive, pick, pack, drive to the post office, wait in line at the post office, PLUS the actual shipping and insurance costs; and then following up where necessary etc.)
3. How is my order shipped and what if I don't receive it? Orders are shipped via Canada Post Express (which usually takes 2-4 days, depending on how remote the recipient’s location is). Orders are insured by Canada Post as to their full value and there is always a tracking number for the order to be traced or replaced if it were ever lost or stolen.
4. Will I have to sign for my order or pick it up at the Post Office? You will be required to pick up and sign for your order if it contains knives. Sometimes, if an order is particularly large, a signature will also be required on pickup.
Happy Shopping!! And if you have any questions, or think of an item that you would like to see at our store, (especially if it would be a good fit with the JFW programming), please don't hesitate to contact either your AJFWA Administrator at office@ajfwa.ca or the online store coordinator at online.store@ajfwa.ca.
