Committee Mandate

Per Section 6.5.1 of the Operational Bylaws, this Committee is responsible for:

• • • planning agendas for Board meetings;

    • carrying out emergency and unusual business between Board meetings;

    • reporting to the Board on actions taken between Board meetings;

    • will carry out other duties as assigned by the Board
