In our online archives are Minutes of AJFWA meetings going back to 2012.

Between June 2016 and January 2020, the proceedings of each month's Board meeting were summarized in a Digest for easy reading. Those Digests contain all of the information from the Minutes and Committee Reports that are relevant in any way to clubs and district councils, edited for clarity and brevity.

During the February 2020 Board Meeting, a motion was passed directing that, going forward, AJFWA Board Minutes be published to the membership at large in their entirety. Please note that Minutes of a Board Meeting are subject to correction and not final until adopted at the next Board meeting.

Official Board Minutes prior to February 2020 are available to the Board Directors. The Minutes may be viewed, upon request, by any member in good standing.
