PA Act 13

** Registration for Act 13 train-the-trainer sessions is now open! **

This series of trainings is comprised of three separate modules. It is recommended that district/school adminstrators plan to attend one session for each of the three modules. By mid-June 2021, this site will provide information and resources on Act 13 of 2020 for use in training educators about this law governing educator effectiveness in Pennsylvania. Participation is optional but strongly encouraged for all LEA personnel responsible for delivering professional development to faculty and staff at school districts, career and technical centers, and intermediate units.
