Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the web3 space, monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Identify and target new business opportunities to acquire new clients, prepare proposals/business plans for securing new business opportunities
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve business development goals, with a focus on engaging with the Web3, Crypto, Blockchain, and Gamfi communities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute effective business development plans, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation strategies.
Optimize content and analyze performance based on data results to continually improve visibility and conversion rate.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in business development, marketing or related disciplines
1+ years of direct experience in Business Development, proven track record of success in business development, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
Experience in gaming and game distribution channels.
Demonstrated experience and a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, including cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Passion for web3 and the decentralized ecosystem, with a strong desire to stay at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
Must be proficient in both English and Cantonese; proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage.
Self-motivated with multitasking skills, able to communicate with multiple stakeholders independently.
Working Location: Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
