1. Abstracts must be submitted through email to DRECB-DPMM@ait.asia
2. The abstract should be proceeded by the title of the paper, Thematic Area, the name(s), institutional affiliations of the author(s) and contact detail.
3. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
4. Abstracts should contain new and original information, not published elsewhere.
5. Abstract should be written in English using MS Word format.
6. Abstract text must not exceed 500 words.
7. After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail, please contact DRECB-DPMM@ait.asia. Corresponding author is responsible for informing other authors about the status of the abstract.
8. Format for full paper submission will be communicated for all accepted abstracts.
Presented Abstract will be compiled into proceedings of the Expert forum and selected speakers will be invited to submit their full paper for publication in an edited book to be published by an international publisher.

Font size of heading, sub-headings and contents should be Arial 11.
Figures and Tables should be embedded at appropriate locations within the manuscript.
Paragraphs are separated by a line.
First line of each paragraph is NOT indented.
Please avoid using special fonts (as far as possible), which may cause unnecessary error while compiling/editing your manuscript.
Tables: All tables should be numbered with Arabic numbers (e.g. Table 1, Table 2, etc). Every table should have a caption above tables. Table should be generated through Word of Excel.
Figures: All figures, drawings, photographs, etc should be numbered with Arabic numbers (e.g. Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). Every figure should have a caption below the figure. All symbols, abbreviations, etc. used in the figure should be provided just after the Figure caption. Each figure should be embedded at appropriate location within the manuscript.
