Greetings! I'm Mariana Cabrera, a proud Venezuelan with a passion for education and a zest for life. My world revolves around my adorable 3-year-old, Mauricio, and my loving husband, who hails from Mexico.
When I'm not engrossed in the joys of family life, you'll often find me indulging in my favorite pastimes: immersing myself in captivating movies, delving into the pages of enriching books, swaying to the rhythm of dance, learning a new language, and savoring the irresistible delight of chocolate.
With thirteen years of dedicated experience in the field of education, specializing in Early Childhood and Elementary education, my journey has taken me across various American schools spanning from Venezuela to Mexico, and even to Liberia. Additionally, I've had the privilege of contributing to an IB school in Mexico, enriching my professional repertoire.
My academic credentials include a Certificate in Early Childhood Education, a Teacher Preparation Certificate, and a Master's in Education with a focus on Multilingual Learners from Moreland University. Interestingly, my educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, providing me with a unique perspective that enriches my teaching approach.
Being a teacher isn't just a profession for me; it's a calling. I find immense fulfillment in nurturing my students' academic growth and empowering them to excel in the classroom. I'm eagerly looking forward to welcoming you to my class and embarking on a rewarding journey of learning and growth together!
