IBDP Physics overview
Physics, the most fundamental of the experimental sciences, is the study of matter and energy. As physicists, and following the IB Curriculum, we seek to explain the universe itself from the very smallest subatomic particles to the vast distances between galaxies.

Physics is not magic. The physical realm can be controlled, understood and mastered. My passion is facilitating the mastery of the concepts of physics and the ability to solve physics related problems, both practical and mathematical. I am successful when my students can relate their knowledge of physics to their potential interests, be it engineering, medicine, the environment, fine arts, literature, political science or just being a good citizen.
About this website: Much like the work of Isaac Newton, this website has been constructed because 'I have stood on the shoulders of giants.' It is a collection of IBDP Physics related education materials assembled from the internet and my own private collection solely for the purpose of advancing students' ability to do well in IBDP Physics, and hopefully Physics in general.
The vast majority of IBDP Physics notes and formative assessments that I am posting here are from Timothy Lund. I have never met Mr. Lund, but am extremely grateful for his dedicated work and willingness to share. There are also Youtube videos linked here which not only demonstrate physics concepts, but the talents of Physics teachers around the globe.
I make no claim that all resources are without error, but that they will help students understand the conceptual and problem-solving nature of IBDP Physics.
