The Association of Illinois School Library Educators (AISLE) is the largest organization in Illinois devoted exclusively to school library media specialists. The AISLE Fall Conference attracts hundreds of media professional educators who are potential purchasers of your products and will be anxious to see your selection of books, software, hardware, furniture, supplies, and services.

We are very excited to be hosting the conference at the Westin Chicago Lombard Center in Lombard, Illinois.  AISLE is looking forward to having your exhibit in the Exhibit Hall.  Hotel Link: Book your group rate for Association of Illinois School Library Educators 2026 Annual Conference. No username or password is needed. You must book by October 21, 2026. Rooms are $159 +tax per night

Preliminary Exhibit Schedule: Listed below is the proposed schedule. There will be 5 hours of scheduled no-conflict times for the conference Thursday through Friday. 

     Thursday. November 12

• Noon - 4:00 p.m. Vendor registration and set-up

• 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Exhibits open to attendees

     Friday, November 13

• 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibits open to attendees

• 11:20 a.m. -12:05 p.m. Lunch w/Exhibits No-Conflict time 

• 12:05-12:35 Annual Membership Meeting (Exhibits closed)
  Vendors receive 1 box lunch per booth and may purchase more at $50.00/lunch

• 12:35-1:20 p.m. Lunch w/Exhibits No-Conflict time 

• 4:00-5:00 p.m. No-Conflict time

• 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall closes

Sponsorships - Are always welcome and opportunities to do so can be found here. Remember that you can partner with another vendor for a specific event sponsorship.

Exhibit Booths - Include a 10’ x 8’ booth space with an 8’ backdrop and 3’ side drapes, along with one table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Multiple booths may be purchased and combined. Best Expo will be handling any additional exhibitor needs and will reach out to you after you register. 

WiFi and Electricity -  Exhibitors are responsible for arranging electricity and WiFi, directly with the Westin Conference Center by downloading and submitting this required form. A separate form must also be completed for shipping and receiving materials. After registering, please send completed forms to conexhibnorth@aisled.org at least 2 weeks prior to the conference.

Raffle - A conference raffle will be held throughout the day on Friday, so plan a donation/s to highlight your products. 

Virtual Bags, Digital Badges - All exhibitors will have the opportunity to place materials in a virtual bag/folder for attendees to access after the conference and the use of a digital badge for the next year. All vendor names and logos will also be included on the conference website and pre and post conference newsletters. Please email your logo to conexhibnorth@aisled.org after you register if you did not attach it to your registration form.

Exhibit Hall BINGO - Attendees will be invited to play a Bingo game in the Exhibit Hall.  This game will bring people to your booth where you will have an opportunity to make contacts and answer questions.

Information about the Raffle, Virtual Bags, Digital Badges, Vendor Demos, and Exhibit Hall BINGO will be emailed to you by the conference exhibit committee after you register.
