TEA Home Language Survey

TEA requires that a home language survey to be filled out by any student who is:

brand new enrolling student to PK or KG in a Texas school district or,
brand new enrolling student to any other grade in a Texas school coming from out of state, out of country, private school, or a home school program.

Once filled out, the form can be added as an attachment when using Skyward New Student Online Enrollment, emailed to the registrar, or dropped off to the campus office.
