Parking
#1. Entrance to park Gate Opens at 6:00 AM
*Buses and school team suburban/van will be allowed to drive to the camp sites (by the starting line) and drop off athletes.
*Buses and school team Suburban/van will return and park in the designated bus and/or Suburbans/vans parking areas.
*At 7:30 AM, buses and Suburbans/vans will NOT be allowed to drive to the camp sites. Please get there early.
We are expecting a large turn out again this year, so in parking your buses please park as close as you can so we have spots for all. We will have volunteers assisting with bus parking.
#2. Teams Arriving after 7:30 AM
Teams arriving after 7:30 AM will need to park in the bus parking lot. A second camp site will be designated there and portable restrooms will be place there for your convenience. You may also choose to park there and walk your teams, to the team camp by the starting line area.
#3. Picking Up Teams/Leaving the Park
Teams camping by the starting line needing to leave before the meet is concluded. Will need to walk teams to the Bus Parking lot to load team buses. Buses will NOT be allowed to drive near the team camp area by the starting line until ALL race divisions are completed.
Once ALL race divisions are completed buses may drive to the team camp area by the starting line and pick up teams.
This is for the safety of all athletes, coaches, staff and spectators.
#4. Spectator parking:
Spectator parking will be on the south side of the park.
By doing this we will alleviate the congestion for the buses.
Signs will be present to direct traffic.
PLEASE NO PARKING ALONG THE ROADWAY!
