Culinary Arts at the Dan Dipert CTC in Arlington ISD is a multi-level culinary arts course, geared to give students real world experience, skills and techniques to help them achieve success in the culinary industry. Students are encouraged to take Intro to Culinary Arts at their home campus school before coming and joing us here at the CTC for Culinary Arts, Advanced Culinary Arts, and Practicum in Culinary Arts.
Through the whole course progression students will learn knife skills, cooking and baking techniques, butchery and meat fabrication, international cuisines, safety and sanitation,food costing and food math, soft skills and interview techniques and resume writing
