The West coast staff and cast were so impressed with the accomodations (and their weekend pool and ping pong table tournaments!) This really was a great option for us to keep Indie Film costs down and made transportation logistics easy. Even locals slept over during our long nights of filming. Our cast were able to go back to their apartment in between calls which made for super happy talent and some redundant talent trucks! A well slept crew made for a great work flow. And no permits -and an idyllic setting could it get any better!

Working with Rachel and her team at Brandon Hall has been an absolute pleasure. They are consistently helpful, incredibly accommodating, and respond promptly to every question or need that comes up during the production process. The location itself is a filmmaker’s dream — the property offers a wide variety of sets, from schools to apartments to auditoriums, plus outdoor roads and wooded areas that add even more versatility.
The grounds are beautiful, with multiple exterior building options that make it easy to achieve different looks without ever leaving the property. There is more than enough space to support a full production footprint, including dedicated areas for a production office, hair and makeup, holding, and crew staging. Reliable internet access is included, which is a huge advantage for any modern set.
I highly recommend this location for any production seeking variety, convenience, and a team that truly supports the creative process.

Atlanta International School was the perfect venue for our show. The employees were some of the kindest people I ever worked with, and their care and excitement to work with students is so evident. Watch out when folks find this place -it is amazing - In retrospect I don't know why we didn't shoot the whole film here. Most importantly it felt like Rachel and her onsite team were part of the crew. We were welcome and supported throughout our shoot. The whole production team were blown away by the service mentality of the AIS team in comparison to the many previous location rep' experiences that we we have had and when we needed them 24/7 they would pop up and help immediately with whatever we needed. Hello ....listen up....we went all the way to North Georgia for a day to film forest and a location in Iowa to film a glass sided stairwell before we got to the AIS Sandy Springs location. I was kicking myself because the production costs were unnecessary. We could have done it all at this amazing location. Private roads, not just a school but a school, apartments that play like homes. No permits..a dream.

The AIS Sandy Springs production and event space is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Just driving up to the parking lot feels like a retreat. Then you walk into the Great Hall with its old world stone exterior, making it feel like it’s right out of a European setting. The chandeliers and fireplaces, and open courtyard are such an idyllic setting to film in, or for an event celebration. We really captured a special evening for our short film screening, with mingling and awesome photo ops in the lobby. The auditorium was perfect for our both screening and Q&A. I highly recommend AIS Sandy Springs location! We will be back! Rachel made everything seamless from start to finish.
