The closest airport is EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg.
The bus ride takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city centre and buses run about every 7 minutes. The bus ticket from the airport to your hotel is included in the hotel stay.
Zürich airport is roughly 70 mins away by train, and a train ticket to Basel from Zürich airport will cost around 40 CHF.

The main train station is called Basel SBB.
Basel train station (SBB) is well connected to other stations in France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
Basel also has a Swiss-German train station called Basel Badischer Bahnhof, which if you are coming by train from Germany may be cheaper to get a ticket to.
