Bunny Club

The Bunny Club is a fun and interactive club open to Middle School students who love animals and want to learn more about caring for them. This year, the club ran for two exciting seasons, giving students the chance to bond with our school’s bunnies in meaningful ways.

During club sessions, students spent time getting to know the bunnies, learning how to care for them, and participating in creative projects. They helped design a bunny adoption booklet, filmed fun and heartwarming videos featuring the bunnies, and built connections with these furry friends while practicing teamwork and creativity.

The Bunny Club has been a joyful and hands-on experience for all involved—full of learning, laughter, and, of course, lots of bunny cuddles!

Adoption Season 3 - (May 2025)

Bunny Adoption Booklet

The students prepared a Bunny Adoption Booklet to go along with each person who adopted the bunnies, so they would know how to care for their new family member.

This student-created video captures the heartwarming moments of our February 2025 Bunny Adoption Season. Middle School Bunny Club members helped prepare the bunnies for adoption, shared their thoughts on how to care for them, and reflected on what it means to say goodbye.

While there were some mixed feelings and concerns about letting the bunnies go, students expressed care, responsibility, and hope that each bunny would find a loving home. The video is a sweet reminder of the bonds formed—and the love shared—during their time together.

Bunny Selfie Scavenger Hunt

Bunny Club members took part in a fun and interactive Bunny Selfie Scavenger Hunt! Working in small groups, students explored the school garden, trying to recognize and locate all of our resident bunnies.

Each time they found a bunny, they checked in with Profe Toyama or Mr. Jonathan and snapped a group selfie with their fluffy friend. Later, they compiled their bunny encounters into creative slideshows—complete with bunny names and adorable photos—then shared their finished slides in the comments under the post.

It was a joyful, laughter-filled afternoon full of bunny cuddles, teamwork, and photo fun! 🐇💗
