Abdul-Majeed Fuseini
I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Exeter, focusing on climate adaptation and agricultural systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.
My research studies the role of irrigation in agricultural productivity and climate adaptation in Sub-Saharan Africa. I focus on how the spatial allocation of irrigation infrastructure affects economic outcomes, using methods from econometrics, spatial analysis, and machine learning.
More broadly, I am interested in policy-relevant questions at the intersection of climate change, agriculture, and development, with a focus on informing effective and scalable interventions.
