Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold at the store.
Setup and break down store front merchandise from the cabinet
Restock low items
Engage customers in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner, promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and resolving customer complaints.
Ensure all items intended for purchase are identified and tallied.
Following safety protocols
Return misplaced product, customer returns and other product gathered in the front-end to the correct location in the store
Ensure the appearance of the store is pleasing to the customer and meets the requirements of the manager, including all housekeeping tasks.
Inform customers of store specials.
