"Recent Advancement in Environmental & Water Resources Engineering" this program is organized to get familiarize with contemporary know-hows in the field of Environmental & Water resource engineering as well as gives incites about modern tools and techniques to solve real life & complex problems. The program shall also cover topics related to AI, soft-computing techniques, stress management & NEP 2020. Experts from industry & renowned institutes viz IIT, NIT etc. will deliver sessions on hydrologic and environmental extremes & will discuss suitable management practices to minimize impact.

Civil Engineering Faculties from AICTE approved Engineering Colleges & Polytechnics
can attend this program.

Anjuman-l-Islam's Kalsekar Technical Campus (AIKTC), located in New Panvel, is recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra, approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, accredited by NAAC & is affiliated to the University of Mumbai.
AIKTC has state-of- the-art infrastructure & Instructional facilities for undergraduate students in various functional areas of specialization, viz, School of Engineering & Technology (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science & Mechanical), School of Pharmacy and School of Architecture. The Civil Engineering Department has Ph.D Research center and PG course in Construction Engineering & Management.

About the Civil Department
The Department of Civil Engineering has been functioning since the inception of the institute (2011). It boasts of state-of-the art facilities. It is well equipped with modern instruments necessary for testing, research & development. The department is enriched with 10 laboratories. The Labs are spacious and have been meticulously planned. Faculty members are highly experienced and well qualified.
A culture has been created in the department where students regularly participate in competitions and consistently win prizes in technical events organized by various premier institutes viz., IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur and IIT Gandhinagar. Their works were approbated by the IITians. Besides central library, departmental library provides vast number of reference books. In addition to Bachelor of Engineering, department is running PhD Research Centre and Post Graduation Program in Construction Engineering and Management.
