The organization attracts volunteers who are interested in working with Tanzania rural areas in any field of experience. Volunteers are attracted to work on-site or online depending on their personal interest. Visiting the Ruvuma region a volunteer will get access to visiting Lake Nyasa which has fresh water and different species of fishes.
