The National Leadership Conference 2021 was held on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd October 2021 via the Zoom Platform pertaining to the current external environment. Throughout the conference, the vision that drove the conference team to impart on the delegates was to make the membership aware of the A2025 and its importance alongside building their capacity which aimed at helping the membership understand the relevance of this organization to the current context along with its way forward and how the members can create their own powerful experiences in it. The three days of the conference were focused on the sub themes of Being Grounded, Striving for Excellence and I'm the Master.
WhatsApp and Facebook platforms were used as delegate engagement points to bring together the delegation with the aim of helping them widen their network not just within their university but amongst other universities as well. With over 90+ active member participation in the engagement platforms, we were able to create an experience like no other for these delegates who made the promise to take ownership of their leadership journey and to be as authentic as possible whilst being innovative.
The conference space was chaired by Zakaria Kwyasse, Former Member Committee President of AIESEC in Jordan during term 19.20 who focused throughout his sessions mainly on the importance of understanding one's self while taking on the Hero's Journey towards greatness.
