2.Create an implementation framework for the evolved Finance standards over the first 6 months of Office. Indicate a key milestone to be achieved in each month.
3.Explain the key strategies and processes that you will put in place for controls of our financial systems in AIESEC in Kyambogo and meeting the membership criteria requirements to enable AIESEC in Kyambogo to obtain member status in AIESEC in Uganda.
4.List out all synergies finance would have with other portfolios and entities and how you would maintain the said synergies.

3.Make a 3 month plan online marketing and brand advocacy plan for AIESEC in Kyambogo to cater for both B2C (BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER)
4.How will you ensure you as the VP MKT are able to deliver team standards to your team?
5.Create a 3 month online and physical marketing plan on how we can reach the untapped market in Kyambogo.
6.Outline how you will establish the synergy between MKT and all the other portfolios. Explain the points for each portfolio separately.
