The Pandawa 5 is a story from the Mahabharata that’s also a part of Javanese wayang culture. They were five siblings who inherited the throne from their father. After their father’s death, they had to take over the throne, but their cousins (Kurawa) were determined to take it from them. At first, the Pandawa 5 didn't realize their potential, but they grew through their efforts and challenges to become "new leaders" who brought peace and made a big impact. 

We picture their story as an induction phase for new members and AIESEC members to find and develop their potential, aiming to become their own version of the Pandawa 5.
