Other breaks include Finished and Completed status breaks.

ICB does not appreciate a cancellation of a Finished or Completed status, since the request itself implies that a fake exchange may have been carried out or operations are not efficient.

Nevertheless, we should report it if any violation has occurred. The ECB requesting should follow the procedure stated above for Realization Cancellation and include proofs of the reasons of request (EP early departure, Fake exchange investigation, etc.).
