AIESEC is a not-for-profit, youth-run organization that offers young people cross-cultural internships, opportunities for international volunteer exchanges, and leadership development programs. The organization's main objective is to enable young people to have a positive social effect. In more than 120 countries, there are about 40,000 members of the AIESEC network.
