We’re looking for volunteers to help out on the Summit Planning Team. The time commitment includes about three 2-hour planning meetings, with some additional follow-up work in between meetings.
Volunteer needs include, but not limited to:
Event Vision & Program Design – shaping the theme, focus areas, and overall learning experience
Speakers & Session Support – recruiting presenters, organizing sessions, and supporting facilitators
Communication & Promotion – messaging, visuals, registration outreach, and reminders
Logistics & Operations – venue coordination, schedules, signage, and day-of support
Technology & AI Tools – supporting AV, Wi-Fi, setup.
Participant Experience & Engagement – activities, feedback collection, and attendee support
Evaluation & Follow-Up – surveys, reflection, resource sharing, and post-event communication
