Grading:

• 70% Unit Assessments
• 20% LTCs (Learning Target Checks)
• 10% District Common Summative Assessment (Final)

Retake Process:

• LTCs (Learning Target Checks)
  • Each LTC can only be retaken one time

1. Students must correct their mistakes from their LTC- explain their mistakes and find the correct answers. Use the following form.
2. Turn in corrections attached to the original LTC.
3. When these are submitted and correct, students can schedule their retake.
4. Higher score is recorded in the grade book.

• Unit Asssessments
  • Each Unit Assessment can only be retaken one time

1. Students must correct their mistakes from their Unit Assessment- explain their mistakes and find the correct answers. Use the following form.
2. Students must complete the retake assignment with 100% accuracy.
3. Turn in corrections and the retake assignment attached to the original Unit Assessment.
4. When these are submitted and correct, students can schedule their retake.
5. Higher score is recorded in the grade book.
