Guest Policies
If a guest is a Blaine 9th or 10th grade student, they will need to have a guest form filled out and signed by their AP
If a guest is not a Blaine student, they must be 20 years old or younger
All guests need to present a photo ID to be able to enter prom
You are not able to purchase a guest ticket without a guest form filled out
Guest forms MUST be turned in by Friday, March 27th!
Once you have turned in a guest form on time, you will be able to purchase a guest ticket in ParentVue
