HANDBOOK

Here are some things you can expect for your 2025 Season of Anoka Boys Volleyball.

First week will include tryouts March 17th - 19th, teams will be selected end of day Wednesday. Practice Thursday 18, Friday 19, Saturday 20 for those that make the team. Reference the Calendar page for details, but here is a quick overview.

PRACTICES

• Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to practice to get nets set up.

• If practice starts at 3, that means we are warming up at that time, not setting up.

• Strength training will be incorporated into practices or required before school. More information to come. 

GAME DAY

• Away game times will vary by opponent. The dismissal time and bus departure time will be sent out each week. Bus is a requirement to and from for away games.

• Home game matches will always be at 4:30 pm for JV and 6 pm for Varsity.

• Must stay for the Varsity match to support Anoka VB and cheer!

COMMUNICATION

• All team communication will be done on the SportsYou App, along with weekly emails to parents for additional practice / bus time changes. 

• Every student must be on the app!
