Introduce yourself to the DSLR cameras using the video the the left.
Use the video to the right to learn how to get photos/vids off your camera.
This video discusses camera settings, lighting, and scene setup. It doesn't use a Canon Rebel T6, but the settings are universal between cameras.
If you've never used iMovie, this is a great place to start.
For filming, choose one of these challenges:
Interview 3 different people about the same topic
Shoot 3 different happenings of a similar/related event
Use the Mspace Studio to film with a green screen, then edit your video to show a different background. This video guides you through the process.
