Upward Bound is a college and career readiness program that has been serving students since 1964. We are based out of Anoka Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids.

 Who are we looking for?

We do not have academic requirements to join. However, a student needs to see the value of education, wherever they might be on their academic journey.

Raise.Me Scholarship Program

RaiseMe helps students in 9th – 12th grades to discover colleges and earn scholarships for their academic and extracurricular achievements throughout high school. These achievements can include good grades, participating in clubs, playing on a sports team, volunteering, having a job or even starting a club. They can include AP or IB courses, honors classes, and college-level courses too.
