"Planning for carnival at Bedok Town Square for the Friendly Faces, Lively Place Challenge was a very enriching experience as we learnt how to organise a community activity and learnt how to communicate effectively with both my teammates and the public. We also enjoyed ourselves in the process as we got to work with our friends and made new friends at the same time!" Ng Jie Lyn, 4B and Ng Jie Qi, 4C
“Through the project, I realized that I can can plan and execute an activity for the public. Initially I thought it was very hard as I have never been involved in such events. It is true that there were challenges, which helped me to stretch myself and learn new things. I also learnt that I can communicate with strangers and learn to adapt to people's requests.” – Charmaine Liong Shuen Meng, 4B
