Must Do
1. Quick Write - Open a google doc in your writing folder. Call it Quick Write. Free choice or use a Pobble picture. Remember to date your work each day. Write for at least ten minutes.
WALT: Write an interesting explanation
Read through the Tips for writing an Explanation powerpoint.
Learn - About one of the following Explanation topics
Create - An interesting explanation from one of the Explanation topics. Remember to include a plan, draft, conference and published copy on a Google doc.
Share - Your Explanation on your Blog
WALT : Identify and use simple, compound and complex sentences.
2. Learn : Watch the video.
3. Make a copy of the Sentence Structure slide deck and complete.
4. Make a copy of the spelling rules and complete.

Learn -Complete Article -a-Day - Helping our Furry Friends. Choose one article and then write two sentences in the Book of Knowledge. Remember to begin the sentences with "I learned that..." and "I also learned that..."
