XtraMath Watch the VIDEO below first.
See Mrs D. for your PIN for Xtra Maths (below for login). Click on xtramath link above1. Half the class work in their groups with Mrs Dickinson. The other half work on independent practice tasks, games or challenge cards. Next day, swap over groups.
2. Then, watch the videos (right) at least 3 times this week.
3. When you are finished the set task/s, play one of the Links on the left, that Mrs Dickinson has chosen.

Remove a background from a photo
Open a slide and add your photo to it (no text boxes), then go the Explore at the bottom of your slide for the image you want to insert on your slide.
Click on arrange-order- move to the back

Article a Day -Find the main facts and write what you learned in the Book of Knowledge. (ReadWorks assignments). Watch the Video
Reading Assignments -Read the text (or read along with the audio). Answer the comprehension and vocabulary questions about the reading text (ReadWorks assignments). See the class code below. Take care to answer the question correctly.
The Slide below shows the week's learning for a mixed ability group, T group. Children in Harakeke (3), Manuka (4) and Pohutukawa (5) groups will work with the teacher-aide and teacher.
