• Environment of Isanpur is so friendly which creates a sense of belonging for the people.

• It has relatively low cost housings.

• It is well equipped with basic amenities such as schools , parks , hospitals  etc. 

• It has well connected transport facility that cover major part of Ahmedabad which makes it more convenient for the people of Isnapur.             

CON'S

• The area of Isanpur is not well developed so it can led to lack of infrastructure and many more facilities 

• One of the major problem that we observed in our neighborhood was the waste management system .

• It does not provide variety of job opportunities.

• Road are not well developed and during the time of monsoon condition of roads get worse
