Recombinant DNA Technology
Recombinant DNA Technology
This course provide an insight to the application and interpretation of high-throughput molecular biology methods used to produce high-volume biological data using genomics, transcriptomic, proteomics and metabolomics, which will allow to analyze the components of a living organism in their entirety and provide new insights into the complexities of organism function. The applications of these technologies allow the thoughtful experimental design, data collection, analysis and interpretation. This course provides theoretical bases to properties and applications of versatile DNA modifying enzymes, cloning strategies, vector types, host genotype specificities for selection and screening of recombinants and/or recombinant transformants.
