Any person currently living in Victoria, age 18 or above, who has lived in Hong Kong (e.g. for working, studying, etc.), or one of his/her relatives and descendants, who has lived or is living in Hong Kong, is willing to abide by the regulations of AHBCA, may apply for individual membership of AHBCA.
The membership fees are as stated below.
Annual Membership Fee: AUD$25
The membership fee covers from July 1 to the following year June 30. 50% discount on annual membership fees applies on applications made on or after December 31.
Permanent Member: AUD$50
Membership fee remittance details are as follows.

Please indicate your name on the payment receipt when paying the membership fee and return it to the Association with the receipt and this application form.

A member may have their membership canceled for misconduct, which includes:
Violate or refuse to comply with AHBCA's regulations
Violate the rules of the Board of Committees
Individual's behavior or speech that damages the interest or image of AHBCA
If a member is suspected of misconduct, the Board of Committees has the right to terminate or suspend his/her membership, with by majority resolution of the Board of Committees.
