Color Scheme
What are color schemes?
Color Schemes are a combination or arrangement of colors. These color schemes are broken into 6 categories, Monochromatic, Complementary, Analogous, Color Triad, Split Complement and Temperature Cool vs. Warm.
Monochromatic
Monochromatic color schemes only include colors of the same hue.
Complementary
Complementary color schemes include colors that are both directly across from each other on the color wheel.
Analogous
Analogous color schemes includes three colors that are next to each other on the color wheel.
Color Triad
Color Triad schemes include three colors on the color wheel which form a triangle if a line is drawn between them.
Split Complementary
Split Complimentary color schemes includes one primary color and 2 secondary colors.
