Objectives for April:

Religion: Learning how Jesus worked among the people, sharing God’s love. Understand Pentecost as the beginning of the Church.

ELA (English and Language Arts): Letters y and ey at the end of a word can make the sound of long e; Story sequencing; Identifying root words; Forming compound words; and Identifying the sounds of the controlling r.

Math: Continue telling time to hour/ half hour. Identify shapes and fractions.

Handwriting: Practicing correct letter and number formation; printing neatly on the top, middle and base lines.
