Who is it for?
Who is it for?
A dedicated programme for middle or senior leaders, providing opportunities for focused leadership development through purposeful immersion in another school.
A hub-led programme in which any schools in a Challenge Partners hub may take part, with the option to both host a residency as well as send either middle or senior leaders out on a residency. Participating school leaders will be matched and placed in different host schools within the hub for two to three days.
