Via the Home Menu, you are able to see your events, tasks, deadlines, online lessons, and lesson experiences for the day.
Below this, you can also access your Timetables, Tasks & Deadlines, Portfolio, Exams Planner and more via tiles. Scrolling down further, you will be able to access your classes.
You can customise your Home menu to rearrange the layout, adjust the background colour, and configure what shows in the top widget section, depending on your needs. Click the Home Customisation Icon below your Avatar to get started.
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab allows you to view upcoming events & deadlines or latest activity from any year groups, activity groups or classes that you are a part of.
Calendar
The Calendar tab is on your Dashboard at the top of the page and shows any upcoming events or deadlines from any year group, class, or activity group that you are a part of. Click My Full Calendar to access the full calendar and to Subscribe to Calendar to sync with any programme that supports iCalendar standard.
Add an event just for your calendar via Add Personal Event. This will not be visible to other users.
Year Groups
The Year Group is where you can track anything related to your projects and year group.
Important
Note: The Year Groups tab name is customizable on your schools account. Common terms include Year Groups, Year Group Manager, IB Manager etc.
For IB PYP Students
Access Service Learning, Project-based Learning, Exhibition & Action worksheets.
Note: SL/PBL tabs are customizable
Select SL to work on your Service Learning worksheet.
Select PBL to work on your Project-based Learning worksheet.
Select Messages to view and post to your year group Message Board.
Select Calendar to view your year group calendar.
Select Files to view files shared with your year group by advisors at your school.
Select Members to view the other students in your year group
For MYP Students
Access Middle Years core, including Service as Action, Personal & Community Projects.
Select SA to work on your SA worksheet.
Select Personal Project to work on your PP worksheet.
Select Community Project to work on your CP worksheet.
Select Messages to view and post to your year group Message Board.
Select Calendar to view your year group calendar.
Select Files to view files shared with your year group by advisors at your school.
Select Members to view the other students in your year group.
For DP Students
Access Diploma Core, including CAS, Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and IBIS Exams Registration.
Select CAS to work on your CAS worksheet.
Select Extended Essay to work on your EE worksheet.
Select TOK Exhibition and TOK Essay to work on your TOK worksheets.
Select Plan to work on your Plans worksheet for IBIS Exam Registration.
Select Messages to view and post to your year group Message Board.
Select Calendar to view your year group calendar
Select Files to view files shared with your year group by advisors at your school.
Select Members to view the other students in your year group.
Timetables ( Future Provisioning )
Here you can view your weekly class schedule and Download PDF of your class timetable by clicking Export Timetables to PDF. The Legend in the right corner shows a summary of your Weekly Class Attendance and the Homeroom Attendance above shows a summary of your daily attendance for the current academic term. The Legend at the bottom shows the Subject and the number classes for that week.
Important
Note: Timetables will only appear if your school is using ManageBac for Attendance.

Classes
The Classes tab will show you a dropdown of all the classes that you are a part of. Select a class to view the class Tasks & Units, Internal Assessments (with a drop down menu to link you to Orals or Learner Portfolio), Calendar, Messages and Files.
Portfolio
Your Portfolio tab will show a tab with Goals & Timeline where any reflections, goals or resources you add to the Portfolio will be listed in chronological order. The Files tab will show folders for the different components and subjects of your academic programme.
Groups
The Groups tab is where you can view various activity groups that you may be a part of. Click Browse All Groups to see a full list of groups at your school and join.
Updating Your Personal Information
Click on your avatar from the upper-right corner and then click on Manage Your Profile to access your personal information, including E-mail, password, photo and more.
Reports
Under the Reports section, you can find a list of generated report cards organized by academic year. Select an academic year/term from the drop down menu to view reports from previous years. You can click the three vertical dots to either Preview the Web version or Download the PDF report.
Reflections
In the Reflections section, you can click Edit Reflections to enter your term goals and answer reflection questions from your Coordinator
