Spelling Schedule
There will be a new spelling list every other week. Students will have two weeks to study their spelling words. Spelling tests will be every other Friday in Seesaw.

Scrabble Words
Use Scrabble tiles to build your spelling words.
Check out an example to the left!
Silly Sentences
Write a silly sentence for each of your spelling words.
Underline the spelling word in each sentence.
Example: The dog was driving a car.
Spelling Story
Write a very short story using each of your spelling words.
Underline the spelling words in the story.
RunonWord
Gather some crayons, colored pencils, or markers. Use a different color to write each of your spelling words. Write the words end to end as one long word
Example: dogcatbirdfishturtle
Rewrite the words correctly and with proper spacing.
Alphabetize
Write the spelling words in alphabetical order.
Rhymes
Write your spelling words in a list.
Beside each word, write a rhyming word.
Word Scramble
Learning Coach, write each spelling word in scrambled order.
Students, write the correctly spelled word beside the scrambled word.
