AGNISWAN INV Pvt Ltd is the official dealer for India for Blendtec, since 2004, when we first launched Blendtec Commercial blenders and accessories with after sales support. Since then we have sold to commercial businesses directly and by your local dealer, over 2000 units. Later in 2000s AIPL provided one model for residential the HP3A blender for many years until phased out. In 2019 we launched a complete range of Blendtec 230V products in India, imported from stockist in Europe. Since then we provide Blendtec enthusiasts in India with the latest range of blenders on demand with a full 8 year warranty.

In the United States of America. The factory makes both 110V and 220V products. The 220V products are shipped outside of USA to its dealers though central stock keepers and sold in Middle East, Europe, Australia, Singapore, India and so on.

Blendtec's policy is to honor warranty based on the number of years the dealer in each country can support. Its standard American warranty managed locally can be between 1 year, 3 year, 8 year, and 10 year for different products, from commercial to home. In India AGNISWAN has currently selected to offer a full 8 year warranty on products between 2019 to 2021, this is currently our policy. It may vary and subject to change, which will be notified on sales orders.

Blendtec products have different pricing globally. For example as of Feb/2021, Total Blender, in UK is sold online between GBP 619 to 499 ( Rs. 63,138 - Rs. 50,898). The same product in Germany is sold at Euro 549 (Rs. 50,508). And in the USA, its 110V variant is at $ 399.95 (Rs. 29,996). In India, we have tried to price it between Rs. 49,000 - 55,000), depending on time of import, shipping cost, duty and levies.

1. Additional charges include a shipping cost from Europe to India with duty and taxes on it of about Rs. 7,000 (Between Euro 60 - 70).

2. Custom Duty and Tax applied at Indian Customs of about 30% in its net fall on the product.

3. Savings on Converter of 110V to 220V. Even if you own a 110V American product, owners tend to use a converter that may cost as much as Rs. 5,000. Yet these converters regularly are unable to save the Blender electronics from burning out, as the 110V blendtec is 60Hz. Converters only transform 110V to 220V not the hertz. On ordering a 230V Blendtec, you save on buying a converter and save space in the kitchen.

Blendtec voids the warranty of a 110V machine used with 230V converter. The converter cannot fully provide the needful correct Hertz (60) to 110V, and most of them have less power till 1000W. When the blender draws more power (for 1500W blend), it often burns the electronics by blender pulling more current to meet the blending need. Often converters may work fine for a while. Its number of default is extremely high as much as 30-50% see the blender damaged.

Once blender is damaged, there is no service for 110V blender in India, no spares available, and in the US its warranty is void. Therefore using a converter should be done at your own risk.

We advise on each product it estimate delivery timeline. At an average the time is 15 days. Some products when in stock in India can be at your home in 5-7 days; otherwise, the delivery time can be 15-25 days at most. The delivery includes customs clearance and is shipped via first class courier such as DHL Express. Thus its safety, timeline is excellent.

It is worth a wait for a product that you'll spend next 10-15 years that'll change your life with home made gourmet fresh foods, which carries a long warranty.

Please do not use third party sites that show a low cost of Blendtec to fish new buyers. Read their terms clearly. Here is an example from one site:

The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Such products cannot be confirmed as New, and well may be refurbished old machines. Informed customer is advised to stay away from unauthorized sales platforms and only order original Blendtec products and accessories from authorized country distributor.

For one, refurbished blenders will not offer 5 - 8 year warranty. Instead no more than 1 -2 years warranty, in 230V. They almost look identical and come at lower cost, but they are not new.

This is a question most customers have that we have chosen to generally identify. But you must check both product features and find what suits you. Here are some reasons customers have advised us they selected Blendtec:

1. Simplicity: While other makes expect you to work hard with a tamper by manually running the motor speeds and pushing ingredients; Blendtec design is to make your life simple, one touch walk away. Its IA (intuitive automation) takes care of majority of recipes.

2. More Power: At a general comparative, Blendtec blenders at average are 1500W to 1800W, while Vitamix tend to be more fro 800W to 1200W-1400W. More power helps blend tough ingredients into microns, and make smoother blends, extract more nutrients.

3. Design & Space: Many Indian Kitchens have limited counter space and find Blendtec's compact footprint perfect when it has to be populated along a toaster, oven, coffee maker. Blendtec more than just finds space, but allows work-surface in front to keep jar, glasses to pour. A larger Vitamix blender makes it tougher to meet the challenge of space and some areas must be compromises.

4. 8 Year India Warranty: As of current date, Blendtec in India with Agniswan INV offers a full 8 year warranty as in the USA.

5. India Kitchen Kit: Customers in India want two different jars actually, one for beverages, juices, and thick blendest; and a separate one for grinding spices, or making nut butters. Blendtec is perfectly set with Twister Jar, and Fourside or Wildside Jar to separate the two. Most people in the Kitchen want a little smaller jar, as Twister, to grind and mix small supplies of masalas. Vitamix offers only one jar, and a large one, which is okay for beverages and plungers but cumbersome if you just want to grin 100 grams of spices or coffee.
