1. Equipment Ownership & Use All rented equipment remains the property of A Girl & Her Bins. Equipment is provided for temporary use only and may not be sub-rented, loaned, transferred, or used by anyone other than the Customer.

2. Rental Period, Pricing, Extensions & Late Fees The rental period begins on the Delivery Date and ends on the Scheduled Pickup Date listed in the Rental Details above.

Customers must notify A Girl & Her Bins at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time if additional rental time is needed. A second agreement will need to be signed. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the prevailing weekly rental rate.

Unapproved late returns will be charged at the full additional weekly rental rate for each week or partial week the equipment is retained.

3. Delivery, Pickup & Access Customer agrees to provide safe, clear, ground-floor access for delivery and pickup. A signature will be required at delivery.

If delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to lack of access, a $25 failed delivery/pickup fee may apply.

4. Condition, Care & Replacement Equipment will be delivered in clean and sanitized condition. Permanent tape, adhesive, markers, paint, or writing may not be used on the bins. Only painter's tape or company-provided labels may be used.

A $2 cleaning fee per tote may be charged for excessive dirt, residue, adhesive, or other conditions requiring extensive cleaning.

Customer is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. In the case of loss or avoidable damage, the following fees will apply:

5. Limitation of Liability All bins and rental equipment are inspected for visible damage and proper function prior to delivery. Equipment is provided to the Customer in usable condition unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.

The bins provided by A Girl & Her Bins are durable, reusable plastic containers intended for moving, organizing, and temporary storage. While the bins are water-resistant, they are not guaranteed to be waterproof, weatherproof, or unbreakable.

A Girl & Her Bins is not responsible for loss of or damage to items placed, stored, or transported in the rented equipment, including damage caused by water, weather, improper packing, shifting during transport, or misuse of the equipment.

Customers are responsible for safely packing, lifting, carrying, transporting, stacking, and using the rented equipment. Customers should not load bins beyond a weight they can safely lift and handle.

The Customer assumes responsibility for injury or property damage resulting from the Customer's use, handling, transportation, or misuse of the rented equipment.

6. Payment / Card on File Customer authorizes A Girl & Her Bins to charge the payment method/card on file for the initial rental and subsequent charges permitted under the agreement, including applicable extensions, late fees, cleaning fees, replacement costs, or other authorized charges.

7. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a charge of 50% of the rental package price.

Customers may request to reschedule their rental based on availability. Please contact A Girl & Her Bins as soon as possible if your moving plans or rental dates change. If A Girl & Her Bins is unable to fulfill a confirmed rental, the Customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

8. Safe & Prohibited Use Rented equipment must be used in a safe and reasonable manner and only for its intended purpose of moving, organizing, transporting, or temporary storage of personal belongings.

Bins may not be used to store or transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, or corrosive materials.

Customers should not stand, sit, ride on, or allow children or pets to play in or on the bins or dollies.

Equipment that becomes cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged during the rental period should not continue to be used. Please notify A Girl & Her Bins as soon as possible so the damaged equipment can be addressed.

Customers are responsible for using reasonable care when lifting, stacking, transporting, and moving the equipment.

9. Unreturned Equipment All rented equipment must be available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date.

If any bins, lids, dollies, or other rented equipment are missing at the time of pickup, the Customer must notify A Girl & Her Bins as soon as possible.

Missing equipment may be returned within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup by arrangement with A Girl & Her Bins. If the equipment is not returned within that time, the applicable replacement fee may be charged.

Equipment that remains unreturned after the scheduled rental period may also be subject to applicable late rental fees until the equipment is returned or the replacement fee has been paid.

Once a replacement fee has been charged for equipment that has not been returned, payment of that fee does not transfer ownership of the equipment to the Customer.

10. Equipment Receipt & Return At the time of delivery, the Customer will be provided with a record of the equipment included in the rental, including the number of bins, lids, dollies, and any other rented items.

The Customer agrees to review the equipment at delivery and promptly notify A Girl & Her Bins of any missing items or visible damage.

At pickup, rented equipment will be counted and inspected. Any missing or damaged equipment will be documented and may be subject to the applicable cleaning or replacement fees outlined in this Agreement.

11. Agreement & Acknowledgment By signing this Agreement, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement, including the rental period, fees, equipment care requirements, cancellation policy, and responsibility for rented equipment.

The Customer acknowledges that the information provided in the Rental Details section is accurate and agrees to notify A Girl & Her Bins promptly of any changes that may affect the rental.
