Your Teacher

To get help with anything at AGGS in your first instance ask your teacher

Your Tutor teacher will also be a good source of information

All staff can:

  • let you know what your login and password is (unless you have changed your password)
  • give you a new password

Your teacher can also log an IT ticket on your behalf

iCentre

During the first term there will be an IT support person in the iCentre at lunch time that can help with IT related issues / how-to guides.

If you are sent to IT during class time ensure that you have a permission slip from your teacher to be out of class and accept that they may not be able to assist you. If your problem cannot be fixed timely then you will be sent back to class.

IT are unable to make any hardware repairs or reinstall copies of applications.
