Karin started her career in real estate in 1992, and in 1994 began flipping homes with her brother, doing the work themselves they learned about the construction business and what it takes to delivery a home that people want and will feel good in for years.  She continues to flip homes to this day.

In 2010 she was hired as a General Contractor for her first new construction project, 4 modern design townhomes in Manchester.  

In 2011 she built her first spec home to sell, continuing to build a home a year until 2019 when she expanded her construction business to include doing renovations for people while still building custom homes to sell.
