A dedicated team member will carry out a detailed measured survey and photograph your home's exterior. This session is designed to not only capture precise details but also to uncover options you might not have considered, confirm all your requirements are met, and help you fully visualize your dream project. We offer the flexibility of completing the survey in one visit or across two appointments.

What You'll Receive After Your Survey

Following your home survey, you'll receive a comprehensive set of drawings to bring your project to life:

• Planning drawings: Showing existing and proposed floor plans and elevations.

• Detailed renovation plans: Highlighting specific proposed changes.

• Block plan.

• Building regulation drawings: Created to ensure full compliance.

Our dedicated team aims to have these drawings completed and back to you within seven days of your home survey.

Should you require any changes, we'll happily make amendments and re-issue them for your approval.
