The freedoms of firefighters, nurses, and all other public employees who keep our communities safe are under attack and they need your help to protect them.
HB267 is a direct attack on the freedom of Utah’s public employees to have a voice in their workplace. This dangerous bill would:
Eliminate the ability of ALL public employees—like firefighters, nurses, and teachers—to collectively bargain for fair wages, benefits, and safe working conditions.
Restrict resources that public employees rely on to advocate for safer workplaces and better services.
The freedom to negotiate and advocate for better conditions is essential to keeping our communities safe and our workforce strong.
This bad bill was rushed out of committee and the floor vote on HB267 could happen at any moment!
We can’t let this happen. Stand with Utah’s public employees and protect their rights. Send your letter now and tell your senator to vote NO on HB267.
Workers across Utah are standing together. whether on job sites, picket lines, or at the capitol, We are ONE FIGHT !
Together we fight to protect our freedom’s on the job and our equality as workers.
We are up against well-funded, out of state special interest groups, who do not care about the well-being of Utah’s working families.
We need to ensure legislation prioritizes working families over special interests.
But we can’t do it alone, we need your help!
