The Color me Krazy AF Fun Run is Saturday, November 2, 2024
This fun, family friendly event is open to the public and welcomes participants of all ages and abilities.
We are looking for local businesses and organizations to sponsor this event. Apex Friendship High School currently has just under 3000 students. So this is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable exposure to our families and the surrounding community while also investing in our children.
The money raised through the Fun Run will support important classroom and educational initiatives at Apex Friendship High School, like our Teacher Grants and Senior Scholarship programs. We are always striving to find new ways to support the students and staff in meaningful ways, and your contributions allow us to make ideas into reality.
Sponsorship gifts are tax-deductible and we have many levels to meet your budget. We hope you will consider supporting our school.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
We will limit Sponsorships to no more than 2 Sponsors of any industry at each level. Industry Exclusivity available for $1000 at the Event Sponsorship Level Only.
Event Sponsor - $500

Color Table Sponsor - $250 *Only 6 Spaces available* (staggered throughout the race) - Still accepting, great exposure opportunity during the race
Details: Help disburse/blast color powder on the participants as they pass. Decorate your Color Table to go with your color or business, can have a theme, put out signs and business info as you see fit, have fun with it!

Photo Opp/Backdrop Sponsor - $100 plus backdrop supplies and set up CLAIMED
Details: We need 4 of these, 2 at the Starting Line and 2 at the Finish Line for Before/After pictures. Starting Line Back Drops should be colorful. Finish Line Backdrops, white is best. Feel free to have business signage and/or logo within the design. More details and examples on the website.

Cinch Bag Sponsor - $100, plus items CLAIMED
Details: Supply at least 100 Cinch bags/backpacks with your business logo

Swag Sponsor: $100, plus items, Sunglasses CLAIMED - STILL NEED: Sweatbands, Rally Towels, etc
Details: Supply at least 100 items: Sunglasses (because of the powders we would like everyone to have sunglasses at the very least), Sweatband heads, sunscreen, chap stick, rally towels, etc. with your logo. Have an idea let us know! We will need to approve swag items to make sure they are appropriate for the event. These items will be given to everyone that registers.

Water Bottle Sponsor $75, plus items STILL NEED
Details: Supply at least 100 bottles of water for our thirsty participants with your company logo and info on labels on the bottles. *no industry limit*
A table will be set up at the end of the race with water bottles for participants to grab. You are not required to attend or man the table and items.

End of Race Snack Sponsor $75, plus items STILL NEED
Details: Supply bananas or cutie oranges for participants at the end of the race. Need to provide enough for 50 people. *no industry limit*
A table will be set up at the end of the race with the snacks for participants to grab. We will have a standard paper sized sign set up “Snacks provided by” You are not required to attend or man the table and items.
