(New-Beta) Automated Grievance: Please click on this link https://forms.gle/WNj8t9zrZaPK7oQc7 (This takes your input and generates a template of a grievance for you that you can then review/revise and submit to the agency on your own. You can choose this option if you feel you need assistance writing your grievance). (NOTE: If you have any issues with this option, in order to not compromise your timeline, we suggest you go ahead and go to the next option below).
Grievance Manual PROCESS: Please send your request for the administrative grievance process and form to DHA HQ LMER <usarmy.ria.chra-nc.mbx.dha-hq-lmer@army.mil>. Choose this option if you just want to fill out the administrative grievance form from Labor Management Employee Relations (LMER) and interact with them directly for any assistance.
